Shipping Policy

Email confirmation

You will receive an email confirming your order details, followed by another email once the item has shipped which will include a tracking number. Alternatively, you can create a Divers Delight Australia account.

Delivery Coverage

Divers Delight Australia uses primarily Australia post to ship items, in addition to some other courier networks. Occasionally, a delivery partner may be unable to deliver to some sections of a listed postcode area. If this should occur, we will contact you to seek an alternate delivery address or offer a full refund if an alternate delivery address is unavailable. 

Occasionally, due to circumstances beyond our control, the automated shipping quoting system may provide incorrect pricing. Should this occur, we will contact you to let you know the updated shipping price. If you do not wish to proceed with the order, we will offer a full refund.

Delivery Schedule & Stock

Provided that items in your order are in-stock and payment has been cleared, you will receive your order within 5-10 business days. In the situation where an ordered product is not in stock, we will arrange the stock and in this event, delivery may be greater than 10 business days. 

 

Receiving your order

All orders will be marked "authority to leave" at the designated address, unless otherwise requested.

Deliveries are strictly Monday to Friday and we are unable to nominate specific delivery dates or times. Where available, we will provide tracking details.

If you do not wish for your order to be left unattended, please contact us to discuss your options.

Alternate delivery addresses

You have the option to send your items to a delivery address different to your billing address. For example, if you’re not available to collect your order at home, we can send your order to a nominated work address instead. However, for your protection, we require that the billing address be the same address as the address that is registered with your credit card.
